Nothing Xio Davis does is right. When she abandons her pack, riding out of town on the back of a stranger’s motorcycle, she finds she’s bitten off more than she can chew. First, it’s small-time crimes, then bank robbery. As Xio sinks into the criminal underworld, the FBI catches up with her. Now, she’s got one way out: snitch.

When Xio turns state's evidence against a Mexican drug lord, Agent Marcus Cazador steps up to take her home, giving up his career, his place in the El Paso pack, and all he knows to protect her. Xio claims she’s not the same wolf who left ten years before, but can she convince Marcus she’s changed her wicked ways? Or will the Black Hills be the end of the road on her long journey to redemption?

Character Interview with Landra Graf

Image
Thank you for coming to chat with us today. Why do you think Landra chose you to represent her?  She's always told me I've got a lot of charm. It could also be because I'm good at getting people to talk to me... Oh, and I like to talk.
Tell us a little about yourself?  My name is Ian Malcolm. I'm a ex-merchant and land owner, who's had to turn to bounty hunting as a way of repaying my debt to the mercenary gang that helped me escape my cousin and America.
What is your birth date? It's rude to ask man how old he is. *smiles wide* No, honestly I was born in the early 1900s, during the first world war to be more on point. I've never known a time where Germany didn't rule continental Europe, nor have I ever known liquor to be legal in America.
Where do you live? Right now, I'm on board the sky ship Liberte. I'm escorting the ship, crew, and their gorgeous Captain on a mission to locate that mercenary gang I mentioned. I've got a bounty for them, …

Legends of the Timekeepers by Sharon Ledwith

There is no moving forward without first going back.

Lilith was a young girl with dreams and a family before the final destruction of Atlantis shattered those dreams and tore her family apart. Now refugees, Lilith and her father make their home in the Black Land. This strange, new country has no place in Lilith’s heart until a beloved high priestess introduces Lilith to her life purpose—to be a Timekeeper and keep time safe.

Summoned through the seventh arch of Atlantis by the Children of the Law of One, Lilith and her newfound friends are sent into Atlantis’s past, and given a task that will ultimately test their courage and try their faith in each other. Can the Timekeepers stop the dark magus Belial before he changes the seers’ prophecy? If they fail, then their future and the earth’s fate will be altered forever.

“Why are you here?” Lilith asked. “You’ve already got your life seal.”

“I have more questions for Istulo.” She continued to stare at the disk.
Lilith sighed. “My nam…
